All Port City Chargers, Inc. players are to pay their team dues of $300 per year on or before the first game that they participate in. Each player will be issued the listed equipment below as needed and available. All equipment remains the property of the Port City Chargers, Inc. football team and will be returned at the end of the season or the player will be billed and assisted the cost of replacing said missing equipment.
Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Jersey, Game Pants, Belt, Mouth Piece
NOTE** When a player pays his players dues their last name is added to their jersey and at the end of the season the jersey is theirs to keep.

Team insurance policy to cover all injuries (Travelers Insurance Company)
Player fees to league
Player fees to National Minor League Association
Team group fee to league
Equipment that players are to provide for themselves:
Shoulder pads (if they have their own)
All pads that go in pants
Any extra pads or accessories that a player wishes to use
All under the uniform shirts and equipment
